    什么因素影响干燥机干燥效果

    1、干燥温度:热量是打开水分子与吸湿聚合物之间合力的连接点。当高于某一温度的时候,水分子和聚合物链之间的引力就会降低,水汽自然就会被干燥的空气带走。

    2、露点:在干燥器当中,首需要先除湿,让空气当中含有很低的残留水分的露点。然后再通过加热空气来降低它的相对湿度。这时,干空气的蒸汽压力较低。通过加热,颗粒内部的水分子摆脱了键合力束缚,向颗粒周围的空气扩散。

    3、时间:在颗粒周边空气里,因为热量吸收和水分子是往颗粒表面进行扩散的时候,需要一定的时间。因此,树脂的供应商需要仔细说明这种物料在适当的温度和露点下得进行有效干燥是必须花费的时间。

    4、气流:首先干燥的热空气的热量给传递到干燥料仓的颗粒上,然后进行去除颗粒表面的湿气,接下来就把湿气送回到干燥器里面。所以,在这过程当中一定要有足够的气流将树脂给加热到干燥的温度,并且将温度维持在一定的时间里
